A cheese and wine evening was held on Saturday 21st of October 2012 to celebrate the launch of ‘Great is the Story – The Nativity. Patrons and friends where invited to the evening and given a preview of the work which was very well received. The choir look forward with anticipation to the premier of the work on Sunday 2nd of December 2012. The composer, Eric Jones and librettist Rev Dr David Owen spoke about the process of creating the work and Jane James from Valero addressed the gathering on Valero’s involvement with the choir and the financial sponsorship they had agreed for which the choir are very grateful.
